What can be returned?

ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) can be exchanged/returned, pictures with intact lace are required.

How to return/exchange?

If you want to return or exchange wigs, please contact our customer service by email first, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The Return Postage is on the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
